ILC-HUB (Integrated Learning Core) — AI-native EdTech platform (RAG + LLMs in production) · Mexico City
- Built from scratch —and operate in production— a platform that cuts lesson planning from 2–3 weeks to 30–40 minutes per subject.
- Designed the FastAPI backend (168+ endpoints, priority async queues, JWT) with RAG over curricular documents — the infrastructure that sustains live operation.
- Versioned the Prompt Engineering system (inheritance, snapshots, Jinja2) so every output is traceable and reproducible.
- Cut multi-API spend by 30% with per-provider cost monitoring (OpenAI, Tavily, Google Docs).
- Sustained delivery: 420+ commits and 50+ releases with semantic versioning (React + TypeScript frontend, CI/CD on Railway).
